DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cross-sells appropriate CU services to new, existing and potential members. Follows all established selling behaviors and sets an example for coworkers.
2. Communicates effectively and continually with the Assistant Branch Manager.
3. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of loan and member service transactions.
4. Complies with and keeps abreast of established policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
5. Assures that the work station is maintained in a neat & clean manner with appropriately stocked sales aids, supplies and visual materials as directed by marketing.
6. Actively participates in the established business development plan for the branch. Assists in implementing new products or programs to provide better member service and stimulate new growth within the branch.

1. Directly responsible for the Payment Systems Help Desk, Mail Processing (Loan Payments, Deposits, Visa Payments), Processing of Levies, Share Branch Processing and Disputes.
2. Assists the Director in the supervision of the day to day processes and functions of the department. Ensures efficiency of Payment Systems functions including Check21 and Share Draft processing, Sharedraft Disputes, Share and Loan Check Processing, G/L Input, ACH Posting, ACH Disputes, Fedline Wires, Go Plus and Express Pass.
3. Responsible for reconciliation of daily and monthly G/L accounts pertaining to Payment Systems functions.
4. Directly and indirectly sees to the administration of OnBase including but not limited to COLD reports, security access, module implementation and configuration.
5. Work in conjunction with third party vendors and the IT department in troubleshooting and testing of the OnBase system.
