Board of Directors

Your Board of Directors consists of volunteers representing your needs. Each board member serves a three-year term; terms are staggered so no more than three board seats are open for election each year.

In order to be eligible for the Board of Directors, members must serve other volunteer positions (such as the Supervisory Committee) first. Elections are held annually, and the Board Nomination committee develops a list of candidates each year. Members may also petition to appear in the annual election for the Board of Directors. Nomination information is published in the Credit Union's newsletter.

You are an owner of the Credit Union, and the Board of Directors serves you by overseeing the Credit Union, by setting long-term strategic goals and participating in the monthly Board meetings to review the Credit Union's progress.
