Apply for a Member Business Loan

A business loan is a loan made to a non-natural person or is used for a commercial, corporate, business investment or agricultural purpose. At Denali Alaskan FCU we can help you finance or meet your business needs with:

• A Long or Short Term Business Loan

Note: Member business loans may only be made to Select Employer Groups (SEG). We will assist you in becoming a  SEG as part of the application process.

Step 1: Checklist of Items Needed for your Loan Application:

• 1. Two years of Federal Tax Returns, business and personal.
• 2. Business and personal financial statements.
• 3. Copy of a current business license.
• 4. Business plan. ( To include description of what loan proceeds will be used for)
• 5. Resume on business owners.
• 6. Appraisal, bill of sale, purchase order; of collateral for loan.
• 7. Copy of insurance on collateral to be used for the loan.
• 8. On real estate secured loans, a copy of the most recent tax assessment.
