Change of Address Form

If you need to change your address, we suggest the best option is to visit a branch and complete a change of address form in person.  If you cannot do that, please print out the this form, fill it out, sign it, and fax to (907) 222-5825 or mail to:

Our policy is to accept address changes only if done in person or if there is a valid signature from the account owner - with the potential for fraud with such address changes, we believe it's best to get an authorized signature so we may compare it to your original account documents.  The safety of your account is of paramount concern to Denali Alaskan; we hope you understand the need to keep your security a priority.  Currently we do not accept e-mail requests to change a mailing address.
