Denali’s Community Sponsorship program has selected recipients for 2018, and no additional sponsorships will be funded for the remainder of this year. Donation Request forms may be submitted for our 2019 sponsorship and will be considered in the first quarter of 2019.

Denali is invested in the communities we serve to build a better future for all. Our Social Responsibility Committee allows us to be actively involved in our communities through donations and volunteerism. As your local credit union we strive to make a difference.

Donation guidelines

Denali supports:

  • Community and public service
  • Health- and education-related
  • Arts and humanities
  • Youth and senior citizens
  • Non-profit groups which fall under the Select Employer Group (SEG) listing and do not fall under any of the categories noted below.

Applicants must be non-profit organizations and be designated as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3). Applicants must show how Denali's donations will benefit the host community. See the list of groups we currently sponsor »

Denali DOES NOT support the following groups and activities:

  • Individuals or sports teams
  • Religious activities or organizations
  • Political organizations or campaigns
  • Organizations primarily involved in lobbying
  • Event organizers where the majority of the funds are directed to the event rather than the non-profit organization intended to benefit from the event. In that case, it is better that the non-profit come directly to Denali for a donation.
  • Travel

Applicants should submit an online Donation Request Form. Credit union members are encouraged to submit requests, but donation requests are not restricted to members.
