Call volume to our Member Contact Center is greater than normal, and we are working to reply to member calls as soon as possible. If you do not want to wait online, we have a callback feature which will allow you to leave your number, and we will call you back as soon as possible. You do not lose your place “in line” if you use the callback feature.
ABIL (InTouch 24) PHONE BANKING
ABIL (InTouch 24) phone banking will be unavailable April 20 from 3-4 a.m. AKDT during system maintenance.
ONLINE CHECK IMAGES
You can now view all of your check images online. We have restored this service, which was available for all checks written before April 1, to include all of the checks which are posted to your account.
DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS MARCH 29 - APRIL 1
We are working through an issue with debit card transactions not posting to accounts. We have resolved most of the issues, but we have found transactions which occurred around the conversion weekend between March 29 and April 1 that are still not posted. We are working to get them posted as soon as possible. We are carefully reviewing all of these transactions to make sure we properly post the transactions to your account.
ONLINE/MOBILE BANKING LOGIN IDs
Members have reported problems logging in to Online and Mobile banking using their new member numbers for a Login ID. Members should use the same Login ID and Password they used prior to April 1. These did not change.
