Prepare for Online Banking update
Denali will make substantial Online Banking and mobile app upgrades on Aug. 8. You've asked for exceptional products that are convenient, easy to use and secure. We're listening.
In order to provide an improved mobile app for iPhones, Android devices and tablets, Denali must disable prior versions of our app. Installing the latest version of our mobile app now will help you avoid service interruption when our upgrade is made available. We encourage you to download the most recent version of our Apple iOS or Android app today if you haven't done so already.
DEVICE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Online and Mobile Banking users may be prompted to register their devices (phone, tablet, desktop Web browser, etc.) on Aug.8 or later when using the service for the first time. Users will be sent a secure access code via text message or phone call. The code you receive is required to log in.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR DEVICE
Members with devices set to automatically update apps may already have our most recent version needed for this update. Members who do not have devices set to receive automatic updates may receive a notice to upgrade their application beginning Aug. 9. If you are unsure whether you are running the most current version, please visit either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to check if an updated app version is needed.
Custom account naming, grouping and layout
We give you the flexibility to label your accounts as you please in the home page dashboard. You may find that using “Savings for car” instead of “Share savings #123456S9” makes it easier to manage your money. You’ll also be able to change your account layout and group related sub-accounts.
Improved navigation allows transfers to be made with ease from a tab within account tiles on the accounts overview page.
Multiple payee Online Bill Pay
Online Bill Pay users will be able to pay multiple bills from one screen. Select the payee, account for payment, amount and date to pay. Online Bill Pay — it beats writing checks, stuffing envelopes and buying stamps.
Custom transaction filters
New transaction filters in the Activity Center (Transactions/Activity Center menu) allow you to better refine and sort transactions.
A security enhancement has been added to safeguard your remote deposits. These deposits will now need to have “For mobile deposit only” written under the check endorsement.
Four-digit passcode login for mobile devices

Don’t have touch login for your mobile device? No worries. We’ve simplified the login for all mobile devices. Download our mobile app update, select the passcode four-digit option for your device and you’re good to go. No login ID, no password, no transmitted secure access code, just a four-digit code.
