Bank-by-phone (formerly INTOUCH 24)

Denalil's ABIL (Avoid Being in Line), automated telephone response system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to assist you with the most common account needs. At the touch of a button you can:

  • Hear your latest account balances;
  • find out what checks have cleared;
  • transfer money between Nuvision accounts;
  • verify deposits and withdrawals;
  • and learn our current rates.

Members who used INTOUCH 24 will need to reset their PIN/password after April 1, 2019. Follow the steps outlined below. To reset a PIN/password:

  1. Call the number below for your area (below).
  2. You will be prompted to enter your member number. This is your newly issued member number.
  3. Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
  4. You will then be prompted to change your password. This PIN/password is tied only to phone banking and does not affect your or online banking profiles.
