Bank-by-phone (formerly INTOUCH 24)
Denalil's ABIL (Avoid Being in Line), automated telephone response system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to assist you with the most common account needs. At the touch of a button you can:
- Hear your latest account balances;
- find out what checks have cleared;
- transfer money between Nuvision accounts;
- verify deposits and withdrawals;
- and learn our current rates.
Members who used INTOUCH 24 will need to reset their PIN/password after April 1, 2019. Follow the steps outlined below. To reset a PIN/password:
- Call the number below for your area (below).
- You will be prompted to enter your member number. This is your newly issued member number.
- Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
- You will then be prompted to change your password. This PIN/password is tied only to phone banking and does not affect your or online banking profiles.
