This is my neighborhood branch and the employees here are always so kind, helpful, and efficient. I've never had a bad experience. Went in today and had a great encounter with Sasha.

Fee hungry credit union with the worst customer service in the state. They are awful at posting payments. They love fees. They are not interested in making things right when they make a mistake. Also, their technology is decades behind similar financial institutions. It's a credit union that is run like a big, greedy bank. I do not recommend Denali. Or Nuvision.

I love the people at this branch. The tellers and the managers. They know me and our family and I go out of my way to come here even if I'm at a closer branch I head here they all know me. I have a business account here and our youngest daughter has a savings and check card Visa here and my wife too. We have our primary checking and savings, line of credit and a great relationship with our Credit Union in Florida manager that we've been with for years so Share Branch Banking is one of the biggest reasons we use Denali FCU. No mater what state your in there's a Share Branch Bank location somewhere it's like going into your local branch. I get to keep my Florida Banking Relationship and have my new Alaska Bank Relationship! WIN WIN! I also love it here because it's in a Carrs Grocery! Oooh Another WIN! Oldest daughter has her Jeep Loan here and mom almost got a RV Loan, but we rented a friends. From getting something notarized to transfers from our FL account into Denali they make it easy.

Worst experience yet, the teller no joke was more useless than a poop flavored lollipop, wasted 20 minutes of my time, acting and talking like that had no idea who or what they were even doing, it's just another branch that has lost my service.

I am going to take my money out of this bank and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service! I was there yesterday about a new atm card that was not working. The teller stated it wasn't activated (although I activated it). She did something, then asked me to check the atm card by requesting a balance at the atm to see if it now worked. It did. I started to request cash (which is the secondary reason for visiting the bank), and then told her I would just get it out of the atm. For The time it took for me to discover the atm card still did not work to dispense cash, the branch had closed. The teller was still by her desk. I told her the card still did not work. The manager came out...& again I told her I just needed $200... thinking she could do this b4 closing out the teller drawer. She didn't help me- just had me try again exactly as I had before at the atm. Of course it didn't work. So I asked if I could get the cash and she said no... they were closed. Started saying something while entering back into the back, mumbled as she walked away, never to be seen again. Atm card still not fixed (surprise! Surprise! I don't think I've had a debit or an atm card that has worked for more than a month from this bank!), no cash. Horrible customer service.
