Nuvision Credit Union

I called the 1-800 number yesterday to take care of some business, and due to the hold time, I requested a call back, which I received about 25 minutes later. The first rep I spoke to, Maria, was very kind and helpful, and cheerfully got me over to the right department, which is where I encountered Ida. Ida was *wonderful*. She expressed professional concern for our situation, offered solutions, and explained everything very thoroughly... and as if that wasn't enough, she did so with a genuine smile in her voice. Much appreciation to Nuvision for the employees they hire, because if the two I spoke to yesterday are any indication, this is a fantastic company, with good people working for them. HUGE kudos and a big THANK YOU to both Ida and Maria!

Sarai Sanchez and Tamara Munson were very understanding of my special sercumnstances and went above and beyond by exhausting all there options spending time to resolv my issues. treated my case as if it was there own personal issue and didnt let me leave without feeling like there wasnt more than can be done. This was one of the few times i found real good people who didnt treat me like another number in there system. Thank you both so much!!!!

Sarai was very helpful and explained the steps in ways I can understand making me feel confident about partnering with Nuvision. They have been very welcoming and friendly, costumer service lines are also very exemplary helping me with even the smallest issues and concerns

Customer service is amazing! And I got an amazing rate on my car! Definitely recommend this place for car loans or personal loans!

This place has gone down hill quickly since the merger with Nuvision, and the sudden change in management.
Not to mention this branch is suppose to be for the IBEW members, but they have now closed for saturday. how does that benefit the union members who work monday-friday?
the Union hall needs to stop giving rent reductions for these guys.

Alaska Denali FCU was an outstanding bank until it merged with nu-vison out of California. My debit card has been locked several times do to ordinary on line purchases. Its like there is an algorithm that shuts off your card. As I am writing this my card was locked out (its sunday) and trying to get ahold of people is a joke! Living in the bush Alaska, one should not have to deal with an outfit like this. We even maintain a high savings and checking balance, not that it matters. Alaskan's - Use an Alaskan Bank, its better for Alaska. Forget about commie california!

I've known Keith Robinson for a very long time, before Denali FCU. The words I will use in this review to describe my experiences with Keith do not do him any justice. He is very informative, professional, and extremely customer service driven. He has helped me on numerous occasions whether it is just as a consult or more. Even though we both moved away from Alaska, he continues to assist me in anything I need with a simple route of communication. I would highly recommend him as a professional resource and even a good friend!

This is an excellent Credit Union for financing vehicles, I went to the branch in the Kent area... they financed my truck, work Van and motorcycle ... very competitive rates, efficient operation, but with this Rx comes a great caution ....do not apply online because your application will be routed anywhere in the Northwest, Midwest or wherever they have a branch !! --extremely frustrating to have to deal with an out-of-state banker when you're trying to get financing ...make sure you go into the branch nearest you to apply for a loan ----- four stars for that 1 flaw

I would like to give a shout out to Keith Robinson who is always there for my banking needs!! He is very patient and understanding when it comes to issues I have involving the app and credit union policies and for that I appreciate him! He is definitely the reason I continue to use Dinali even after paying off my car he is always available to answer any questions I have.
